What is the Server Time?

Server is run on Greenwich Mean Time -0600. Check @time in game to get the current server time.

What about WoE?

WoE: First Edition (Eeyolbriggar,Geffen) - 17 PM - 18PM server time on Saturdays.

WoE: First Edition (Nuenberg,Aldebaran) - 12 PM - 13PM server time on Sundays.

WoE: Second Edition (Cyr,Rachel) - 18 PM - 19PM server time on Fridays.

WoE: First Edition Yggless (Sacred Altar,Payon) - 14 PM - 15PM server time on Sundays.

When I try to log in, it says "Account ID or Password not found", What I should do?

This means your account doesn't exists on Jupiter, or you have misspelled your login name/password. If you haven't registered a account yet, you can do so by clicking Register on our control panel.

When I try to log in, it stays on "Loading, Please Wait", What I should do?

This means your Ragnarok is outdated, you can find the latest one by clicking Here.

When I try to log in, it says the account is already logged in, What I should do?

This can be caused by two things: 1. Someone already is logged into the account or 2. the char-server went down meanwhile your account was online.

When I try to log in, it says I'm banned, What I should do?

Account bans are either temporary or permanent, depending on the severity of the issue. If you believe your ban is a mistake, please contact a member of the SekaiRO GM Team.

I get disconnected when I dual-client, What I should do?

This is most likely to do with lag caused on your own computer (even if only a few milliseconds). Players often fix this by lowering the resolutions of their game and graphic settings.

While playing I have mouse trails, Freezes, Lucks -up or serious graphic corruption., What I should do?

Corrupted graphics can be caused by not having the correct video settings for the game or by an out of date video card driver, Solution is mostly like installing the latest driver for your video card.
